Namen in cilji projekta:
- izmenjava izkušenj,
- izmenjava izkušenj glede (ne)zaposlitvene situacije mladih v posameznih državah,
- pomoč organizacijam pri vpeljevanju programov mobilnosti,
- izmenjava metod med organizacijami,
- izboljšava učnega procesa pred, med in po mobilnosti,

Dear Friends,
grenzenlos – intercultural exchanges is planning to organize and arrange a 5 day international training course about how to use mobility programs for young people as a tool to support their employment chances as well as to check what is needed make mobility programs accessible for young people.
Aims and Objectives
The main aim of the training is to
- create a place to exchange experiences
- exchange the current employment situations of young people in different countries
- exchange the challenges among organizations supporting unemployed youngsters
- exchange the situation among jobless young Europeans
- to support organizations in the development and implementation of mobility programmes especially in the frame of Youth in Action projects (EVS, Youth exchanges, etc.)
- exchange methods among organizations
- improve the learning process before, during and after mobility programs and make it more joyful
- get new inputs
for organizations involved in activities within the Youth in Action program.
Conditions
The training is scheduled Middle of April for 7 days (incl. travel dates) and will be hosted in Tulln, a city close to Vienna.
Financial support is seeked within the Youth in Action Programme of the European Commission. All costs for board and lodging will be covered, including 70% of the international travel costs. The main working language will be English.
